My mission as a psychologist is to help people have a sense of well-being that enables them to move forward in life, be the person they want to be, achieve their goals and dreams and, ultimately, find fulfillment.
Two things interfere with this objective: inner blocks in the self that prevent capable and powerful action, like being passive, and painful feeling states, like depression and anxiety. My job is to enable you to be aware and to give you tools to overcome whatever is in your way.
Life presents us all with many challenges as we go along. When we feel good about ourselves, we will be resilient and find the resources inside ourselves to meet those challenges and have a greater likelihood of finding happiness.
